The Limb Preservation Foundation Symposium Funding Request

Individuals with limb differences who professionally serve limb patients, i.e., prosthetic companies, surgical component companies, wound care and related organizations, are not eligible for symposium scholarships.
The Symposium includes multiple panel conversations featuring a variety of industry-leading, multidisciplinary experts. Speakers will include renowned surgeons, inspiring patients, physical therapists, researchers, prosthetists, trauma nurses, psychologists and more.
