Limb Care Connections

Limb Care Connections is a free educational support group for people threatened by or living with limb loss and their caregiving family members. This program meets monthly on the fourth Wednesday at 6:00PM Mountain Time. Once this form has been submitted, a staff member will send you the zoom link.
