Personal Stories on Survivorship

Extremity Resource Library for extremity patients, family members, caregivers and healthcare professionals

The Limb Preservation Foundation has collected resources that will provide information to extremity patients and families.  The information provided will assist with the process of understanding and coping with their diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.

The resources can be picked up and lent to patients and families with the hope that they will come back to The Foundation when the users are finished.  If there are people outside of Denver and they have interest in the resources listed below- we are willing to mail the resources out.

These resources listed below can all be found at The Foundation office location at Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, Professional Plaza, 1601 E. 19th Ave. Suite 3200 Denver 80218.
